Refund policy
Please note that these policies are in place to ensure fairness to both my valued clients and myself/my business. By booking an appointment, you agree to adhere to this refund policy as detailed below.
Section 1 – For individually purchased 1:1 coaching sessions:
A) I am happy to offer a full refund so long as at least 36-hour cancellation notice is provided prior to the scheduled call. To cancel, please contact me at manifestwithkiren@gmail.com (or Instagram @manifestwithkiren) with your order number.
B) If it's within 36-hours to the scheduled appointment time, purchase is non-refundable. This is due to the short notice of the cancellation which prevents others from booking in at that time, and to compensate for the preparation already done by me ahead of the session to provide you maximum value during the call. However, you may reschedule the appointment.
C) To reschedule, you can either do it directly through the link provided in your confirmation email which allows you to select another day/time, or you can contact me at manifestwithkiren@gmail.com (or on Instagram @manifestwithkiren) with your order number and some potential days/times that work for you and allow me to get back to you with the new confirmed appointment.
Section 2 – If you purchased the 5-session coaching package:
To ensure that both you and I get the most out of our coaching relationship, I have established the following refund policy for my coaching packages.
A) Should you change your mind, I am happy to refund the full package with at least 36-hour notice prior to the first scheduled call. To cancel purchase, please contact me at manifestwithkiren@gmail.com (or Instagram @manifestwithkiren) with your order number.
B) If notice is provided within the 36-hour period to the first scheduled call, you are only eligible for a partial refund. This amount is equivalent to the difference between what you paid for the package and the regular price of an individual 30 min 1:1 session. It is then considered a non-refundable purchase of an individual session, please refer to section 1B & 1C.
C) After the first session - once the first coaching session has been conducted and the program has commenced, I do not offer refunds for sessions 1 through 3. The reasons for this policy are as follows:
Preparation and Commitment: Each coaching package requires significant preparation time and commitment which is greater than that of a single, individually purchased 1:1 session. This includes: tailoring the program to your specific needs; providing support and detailed responses between sessions; the extra attention and care paid to details discussed in-session so as to be able to plan for upcoming committed sessions, and a lot of this planning is already done by the end of the first session. So once the coaching process begins, these preparations and commitments are already in place, making it impractical to issue an exact refund for all unused sessions.
Program Effectiveness: One session is not enough to gauge the effectiveness of a coaching program. My sincere goal is to provide meaningful and impactful coaching. To achieve this, we need to engage collaboratively over several sessions because coaching is a developmental process that builds over time. The benefits and outcomes often become more apparent as the sessions progress. This is why a minimum of three sessions are required to ensure that you have had a fair opportunity to assess and experience the full value of the program.
Investment in Your Success: This policy is designed to support your commitment to not only the coaching process, but also to your own long-term growth and success, which is the reason you sought the coaching in the first place. This policy is designed to help you stick with the program instead of giving up too early.
I believe this policy will help ensure that you receive the maximum benefit from the coaching program and make a more well-informed decision about continuing with the package.
D) If you have stayed with the program for the minimum of three sessions and still wish to cancel and terminate the program, then I am sorry to see you leave. You are eligible for a partial refund equivalent to any remaining amount after the following have been deducted from the price you paid for the package:
i) The individually-priced value of the sessions used, at the current listed price
ii) $50 flat fee for other package features not sold individually (such as the personalized video created for you to be used alongside the coaching, etc.).

Section 3 – No-shows:
If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without any prior notice, you will be considered a “no-show”. Out of respect for my time as a professional, no-shows will forfeit the session without refund. This applies whether it’s an individual session or one of the sessions from the package. Rescheduling will not be permitted due to lack of notice and timely communication (except in special cases of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, subject to my discretion).
Section 4 – Courses & Guides:
These products are by default all final sale due to the non-returnable nature of digital products.
Section 5 – Expiry of pre-purchased sessions:
All sessions must be used within 12 months from date of purchase, they will not be honored after this point. This goes both for sessions purchased individually, or purchased through the 5-session call package. Call time included in the Elevated Alignment Access subscription is treated differently due to the nature of the product. As it is a time-bound subscription, the call time must be used within the time period that the subscription is active and expires at the end of the subscription period. E.g. if 60 min of call time is allotted for a one-month subscription, the 60 min must be utilized or forfeited in that same one-month period. This remains true even if the subscription is renewed as balances do not carry over and the subscription resets. Balances must be used within the same subscription period.
Section 6 – Subscription Usage Policy
E-mail support included in subscription-based products (Daily Alignment Access and Elevated Alignment Access) is designed for brief check-ins/guidance, typically one concise message exchange per weekday, e.g. addressing 1-2 questions or concerns at a time. This is because calls are reserved for more in-depth discussions where a variety of questions and concerns can be addressed together, the e-mail support is not meant to wholly replace the need for 1:1 sessions, but rather intended to be used as either supplementation to the sessions as a way to stay on track in between, or used by those in need of ONLY light support for maintenance/motivation whose needs better fit the format of e-mail support than 1:1 sessions, or used by those in need of a cost-effective solution who prefer lighter access to coaching when a higher level of support may not be personally financially feasible and who are willing to abide by the limitations of this format.
If usage of the e-mail support becomes excessive, goes against the spirit of the program, or falls outside the intended scope (e.g. long-form messages, several questions per day, or daily emotional processing that requires call-level support), I reserve the right to express this limitation and recommend booking a call to continue the discussion if it is in my professional opinion that a topic/question is particularly complex/detailed and requires going more in-depth than is possible or even beneficial over e-mail. Alternatively, I also reserve the right to issue a partial refund and discontinue the subscription, or to refuse renewal for another month.
This ensures fairness to both parties and preserves the quality of support I can provide. Thank you for understanding 💛
