What it includes: Everything in Daily Alignment Access (which is 1 month of 1:1 email coaching, 1 response/day Mon-Fri ET) PLUS 2 x 45 min calls. This combination of services tends to support faster momentum for clients committed to their growth due to its intensive nature and ongoing support. 

How it works: You email me daily (or as-needed) during the week and get a thoughtful response same day (or very next weekday if sent late). The calls can be scheduled as-needed during the month of the subscription (e.g. when there's a lot coming up to discuss in-depth or urgent advice is needed).

Coaching content involves:

• Identifying hidden limiting beliefs that keep you stuck AND how to overcome them;
